By accessing or using iCoolPon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and merchants.
2. Marketplace Disclaimer
Our platform intends to facilitate a marketplace of deals for both merchants and users. Though we make our best efforts to prevent abuse of the platform and maintain a secure environment, we are not responsible for every individual occurrence, transaction, or dispute that may arise between a merchant and a customer.
If you encounter any issues, fraudulent activity, or suspicious behavior, please report it immediately. We will investigate and take prompt action to prevent future occurrences.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
By creating an account as a merchant, you agree to:
- Honor all coupons, discounts, and deals that you publish on the platform.
- Provide accurate information regarding your business, addresses, and deal terms.
- Not use the platform for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited products/services.
4. User (Customer) Responsibilities
By claiming a coupon, you agree not to abuse the system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim extra coupons beyond the stated limits, forging redemption codes, or attempting to resell coupons for profit (unless explicitly allowed by the merchant through the trading feature).
5. Fees and Billing
iCoolPon offers a Pay-As-You-Go model and a Monthly Subscription model. Merchants are responsible for paying any applicable fees associated with their chosen plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCoolPon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
